I’m Not Sure How Nylon Magazine Comes Up With Their “It” Girls

This is where I take issue with the female celebrity spawn model of the “It Girl”; in nearly every instance, they’re not “it” material at all.

At least models work the haggered look from thte fast life; with Pixie and Peaches Geldof all we get is some badly selected (and truly expensive) clothing and makeup that only accentuates the effects of a 5am bedtime that morning.  And of course there’s Daisy Lowe; the bastard “model” spawn of Pearl Lowe and Gavin Rossdale who has honed her classless Lily Allen persona to utter perfection.

Regardless of the random priveleged-by-birth females you have your focus on, it seems as though they really have nothing to offer.  It’s a true shame that fame transfers to a child who can’t deliver.

Anyone referring to these girls as fashion icons needs to get their heads examined.

I completely agree. When I was living in the UK these girls were in every newspaper everyday just for being their tacky, rehearsed selves. I hate this trend of celebrity children automatically being famous regardless of whether or not they have any discernable amount of talent!!

Also, am I the only one that thinks the Geldof sisters are just not good looking at all?

All three of those ones above I would classify as “fugly”.
